Instant Prepaid Credit Card – Fast Approvals

Credit cards are becoming a standard component of nearly every American’s wallet. More people are paying with plastic than ever before. Will all the options available on the market today for credit cards, it’s important to conduct a little bit of research before making a decision. Not all credit cards are created equally, and in order to make a good decision, a person needs to investigate all the options. A card that may provide a good solution for a number of people is an instant prepaid credit card.

Prepaid credit cards work more like debit cards than credit cards. Whereas a traditional credit cards sets a spending limit and allows users to make purchases up to that limit without an upfront payment (billing is usually done on a thirty-day cycle), prepaid cards work off a “pay-as-you-go” system. Users apply for a card, and then deposit their desired amount of money onto that card. (This process is also known as loading the card.) Then, they can make purchase up to that amount, anywhere the card is accepted worldwide. An instant prepaid credit card is exactly what it sounds like: a prepaid card which offers instant approval, rather than a person waiting for approval, after application.

Instant approval is a great thing for many people in many situations. For someone who is taking a last minute trip, who doesn’t want to carry cash and who doesn’t have time to wait for approval, an instant approval means that the card will be ready for use much quicker than a traditional approval. Anyone who is short on time, such as busy students, parents, or professionals, can surely appreciate having an answer on their instant prepaid credit card application in minutes, rather than adding one more follow-up item to their to-do list.

The fastest way to apply for an instant card is usually to complete an online application. Obviously, an application that requires the least amount of information will usually generate the fastest answer. Applications that require a credit check or employment verification usually don’t offer instant approvals. Credit checks generally aren’t necessary for prepaid cards, anyway; so a user who’s asked to consent to one may wish to find another card for which to apply. Even when time is short, it’s still important to conduct a small amount of research for an instant prepaid credit card, even if it’s only to find a card with the lowest fee possible.

7 Specific Ways to Distribute Your Finances to Achieve Long Term Wealth

Ask the average person what money management means to them and the usual response will be along the lines of ‘Pay off all the Bills on time and try to save whatever is left over.’ – Not very inspiring nor sound like much fun huh? Here I outline a simple way to change the way you look at and treat money. An efficient and practical way to manage and monitor your finances and get out of debt, which is also fun and if done consistently…the long term rewards will be extraordinary.

Below are the 7 ways you should be distributing your money. – If you can, setup 7 separate Bank Accounts for each specific use, otherwise 7 Jars, Boxes or any feasible containers will work just as well to get you started. Be sure to do this on a regular basis which you must maintain i.e. Either daily, weekly or monthly.

1. Investments:

Allocate 10% of your money to be put aside solely for Investing. Only ever use these funds to purchase Investments. These investments should either generate you ongoing ‘residual income’ or capital appreciation/growth i.e. sell on for a profit. Once you gather enough funds/capital, purchase the respective investment and then start building up again until you have enough for the next one and keep repeating the cycle. This is by far your most important fund as it this that will ultimately work towards achieving your Financial freedom/Independence.

2. Long Term Savings:

5% of your money should be allocated for ‘one off’ purchases such as Cars, Clothes, Home Furnishings, Home Improvement, Home Entertainment. This should also be used for Vacations abroad/long getaways.

3. Long Term Expenses:

Another 5% should be allocated for any ongoing small Debt, usually Credit Cards or small Personal Loans.

4. Necessities:

These are your major living expenses and thus 55% will be allocated to this; Mortgage/Rent, Car Loan, Utility Bills, Food, Petrol/Travel Expenses, Subscriptions…you get the picture…

5: Education:

10% of your money is to be allocated to your continuous learning of Financial intelligence and Personal Development. This is very important as you can never stop learning and improving yourself. This would include; Books, DVD/CDs, Seminars, Workshops, required Travel and Accommodation expenses, Training Material and so on…

6: Fun:

This is another important fund. Life as you know is too short and if you don’t treat/reward yourself every now and again along the way, it can feel very laborious and get very boring. – 10% of your money goes here and at the end of every week/month/quarter you must blow the whole lot on a treat of your choice e.g. your favourite restaurant, the theatre, spa treatment. – You are only limited by your creativity…The idea being that you really enjoy yourself and acknowledge that you have put money aside specifically for this, and you don’t feel guilty about it!

7: Charity:

Wealth is to be shared, 5% goes towards giving back to those more needy. You can either make this a regular contribution or save and build towards a large donation to charities/causes of your choice. – The more you give back, the more you will receive…

Please don’t presume you need a lot of money to start doing this either, because you do not…You can start with very small amounts, the importance is making it a habit. Even starting with a small amount, the law of compounding will slowly grow it into something substantial. Teach this to your kids from an early age and just watch how quickly their financial intelligence will grow as well as their fortune!

Safety Signs in Cars

Safety signs are used to provide information on safe driving both for passengers travelling in the car, or as warnings for other vehicles passing the car on the road. They are warning signs intended to avoid or reduce any potential danger while driving. Special colors and shapes have been associated to safety signs in general. RED is used for prohibition. BLUE is used for mandatory actions. GREEN is used for positive action. A TRIANGLE shape is used for warnings. RECTANGLES and SQUARES are used for emergency signs.

For passengers traveling inside the car, safety signs as stated below need to be observed:

· Buckle up for safety – This is an important message, as it has been proved that without using the seat belts many people have suffered serious injuries when involved in an accident.

· No smoking in this vehicle – Smoking in cars can harm other passengers via passive smoking. In most countries smoking in cars has been banned.

· Cell phone free zone – Talking on the cell phone while driving can distract the driver who then becomes oblivious to lurking dangers on the road. So as applicable to smoking, talking on the cell phone while driving is also not allowed.

· Watch your mirror for motorcycles – Two-wheelers have a habit of sneaking up on cars and are known to make sudden turns. So all car drivers should be alert to any two wheelers on the road.

· No speeding – Some drivers love to speed. While this may prove exhilarating for the driver, it could lead to an accident. Excessive speed when driving does not give the driver enough time to break in the face of potential danger. Here driving at impossible speeds is recommended.

· Get off my back – do not tailgate . Such warning signs are used when a new driver is at the wheel. Other drivers on the road need to realize that the driver is a novice and should not pressurize the driver by honking and driving bumper to bumper. In the case of a first-time driver an 'L' plate is also prominently fixed on the car so other vehicles provide the necessary courtesies.

· How's my driving – call . This sign is used when a vehicle belongs to a company and is in the hands of a driver employee. The company management would like their vehicle to observe all proper driving rules, especially on speed and overtaking. To ensure that the driver obeys such rules, this sign is put in the car, so any other vehicle on the road noticing the driver over-stepping, can call in a complain.

· Fire extinguisher – This sign is displayed to inform the car inmates that a mini fire extinguisher is stored in the car. In case of a fire, the extinguisher can be quickly accessed.

· Disabled sign – When a handicapped person is driving or present as a passenger in the car, a special disabled sign is displayed on the windshield. This sign also helps other drivers on the road to give the car special road driving courtesies.

If the above warning signs are fixed inside vehicles, and both people in the car as well as other drivers on the road observe them, many potential risks and dangers can be avoided.

Houston Insurance

What company has the best rates for auto insurance? As a Houston Farmers insurance agent I get to compare rates with other companies every day. My experience is that no company (including mine), always has the lowest rate. I have not found any company that Farmers can never beat. I have not found any of the large competitors that I can always beat. The reason is that there are a large number of factors that insurance companies use to base their rate on. For example, age, sex, marital status, zip code, driving record, type of car, credit rating, type of job, eligible discounts, and more. Each auto insurance company has their own rate formula resulting in a different rate for each company. When a customer shops for the best deal, they are looking for the company with the most favorable formula for them, which results in the lowest rate for their policy. Please note that the price should not be your only consideration. Shop for a brand that you can trust, and find a agent that will know your needs and provide advice and service.

One thing I have found from experience is that in my area the companies that advertise heavily, saying they have the lowest rate, usually do not! My theory is that they have to adjust their rate higher to pay for all the expensive advertising.

Farmers insurance has very competitive rates for Houston auto insurance in most cases. Especially when a customer qualities for some of the discounts that Farmers offers. For example, auto / home discount, auto / renters, drivers training, auto alarm, EFT payment, etc.
